How can I track my order?
An order confirmation email will be sent immediately when the order is placed, and an email with tracking will be sent when the item is shipped. The email with tracking should be received in or within one business day (excluding holidays) from purchase.
What is ACO Supply’s same day shipping cutoff?
Our same day shipping cutoff is 4:00 PM EST Monday-Friday and 2:00 PM EST on Saturday. We do not ship on Sundays.
Large orders may not be shipped Saturday as some carriers we use for large orders do not pick up on Saturday.
How long should it take to receive my order?
We work hard to get orders out the door and to the customer as quickly as possible. Our statistics show that the vast majority of our orders are delivered within 4 business days.
Does ACO Supply ship to American states and territories outside the contiguous 48 states?
Yes, although shipping may be slower in certain circumstances due to battery regulations.
Does ACO Supply ship internationally?
Currently, we do not offer international shipping through our online checkout. Some items are eligible for international shipping, please contact us for a quote.
Payments
Does ACO Supply accept other payments (Money order, check, wire, etc)?
Yes, please contact us for other payment methods.
Does ACO Supply accept tax exemptions?
ACO Supply charges sales tax (as applicable by jurisdiction) on all orders unless provided with a tax exemption certificate. Tax exemption certificates can be sent by email. Sales tax can be refunded once we validate the form.
Returns
What is ACO Supply’s return policy?
We allow returns within 30 days after receiving the product, however we require notification of the intent to return and reason so we can authorize the return and assign an RMA (Return merchandise authorization) number. Returned merchandise must be in the same condition as originally shipped. There is a 10% restocking fee unless waived by the customer service agent and the refund will be sent within 2 business days of receiving the merchandise at our location.
Does ACO Supply offer item exchanges?
ACO Supply does not offer exchanges, only returns for a refund.
What do I do if I receive damaged merchandise?
Please keep the package as it was received and contact us.
